PORT ANTHONY MARINE TERMINAL
BERTH POCKET SURVEYED – DEPTHS DECLARED
Following the completion of dredging of the 1st Stage of the development of Port Anthony Marine Terminal (PAMT), Mariners are advised that a Berth Pocket has been surveyed to determine the navigable waters adjacent to PAMT Berth. A total of six (6) yellow buoys and two (2) Shore beacons have been established.
Mariners are advised that Port Anthony Marine Terminal is a Security Regulated Facility. Mariners are also advised that during the development stages, vessels arriving at PAMT require prior approval from the Harbour Master Gippsland Ports or his delegate.
Masters of commercial vessels greater than 12 metres in length entering, departing or operating within the waters of the Port of Corner Inlet and Port Albert are required to hold valid Certificates of Competency and valid Local Knowledge Certificates for the port.
Masters of vessels applying for approval to access PAMT must hold a valid Certificate of Competency and Local Knowledge Certificate for the Port of Corner Inlet and Port Albert.
Barry Beach Channel remains at 5.2m LAT.
