Mariners are advised that following recent Survey results the entrance leads indicating the preferred transit line to cross the Bar at Lakes Entrance is aligned on “Green Light”.
The bearing of “Green Light” is 347° (T) to Flagstaff Hill Light (F.20m 5M). Notice to Mariners 282 (T) of 2016 refers.

The dredge “TSHD Tommy Norton” is undertaking periodic dredging operations on the Bar, the Entrance Channel, Swing Basin and the Narrows when weather and tidal conditions permit.
The dredge “CS Kalimna” has demobilised from The Narrows and is now carrying out dredging operations and foreshore renourishing at Loch Sport.
