aviation and energy industries. His most recent role was as Chief
Executive Officer of Tasmanian Ports Corporation, previous to this he was
Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Airservices Australia. He
has served on a number of Boards and is also currently Director of East
Gippsland Water. |

Joan Liley lives near
Waratah Bay and comes from a family which has its roots in the maritime
industry. She is a Board Member and Deputy Chair of West Gippsland
Catchment Management Authority and a Board Member of South Gippsland
Water. She is particularly interested in the sustainable development of
the Gippsland Coast. |

Gail Morley is Managing
Director of a consultancy business and has expertise in organisational
development, vocational education and business management. As a graduate
member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Gail brings
corporate governance skills to the Board. Gail lives in Paynesville and
also serves on the Board of the East Gippsland Water Authority. |

property consultant specialising in commercial property and business
advice. She serves on a number of Boards and is currently Deputy Chairman
and non-executive Director of Southern Cross Station Authority, a Member
of the Building Practitioners Board and non-executive Director of Riviera
Properties Limited based in Paynesville. |

Peter Jones has lived
in Gippsland since 1968. He co-founded and managed Gippsland's Findlay and
Weymouth Pharmacy Group. He has served as Councillor of the City of Sale,
Deputy Chairman of South East Coast Tourism and Regional Commissioner of
LaTrobe. He is also currently Chairman of two private Melbourne-based
companies and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors
and has many years experience on publicly listed boards. |

Peter Hinksman has an
extensive career in the maritime industry. He trained as a deck officer in
the Australian Merchant Navy and worked on a wide variety of ships before
taking up a position with the Port of Melbourne in the mid 90s. He
continues his long standing involvement with South Gippsland through
farming interests. |

Griffiths is currently General Manager of The Bionic Ear
Institute, a world leading medical bionics research institute, having
joined in 2004. Tim's background includes senior business management and
financial management roles in the NFP and private sectors. Tim is also a
board member of Vision
Australia and serves on sub-committees
such as Finance, Audit and Risk, Property and Investments and is also a
board member of Bionic Technologies Australia and Bionic Assets Pty Ltd.
