Port Franklin Slipway
Located at Port Franklin on the Franklin River, the facility is operated under licence by the Port Franklin Foreshore Reserve Committee. The facility only allows for cleaning of hulls, painting and certain repair/maintenance activities. The operations are overseen by the licensed committee members who arrange to slip and re-launch vessels. Owners and/or contractors perform their own maintenance or repair works on vessels.
